Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

If you have concerns about the care you received from the Health Visiting Service and would prefer to speak to someone independent from your care, PALS can provide information and support to patients and carers and will listen to your concerns, suggestions or queries. The service is available between 9am and 5pm.
